Paul Lundberg is a skilled presenter that brings the concepts of leadership, culture and service alive for students and activities directors alike. What makes him unique is his ability to connect deeply on a personal level and help his audience do the same.  Working with Paul energized my students and me to do the essential work of building a positive culture on campus and we left his seminar more prepared and united than ever. ​

My coaching experience with Paul has been one of the most profoundly rewarding opportunities of my professional life. He was so adept at being able to help me clarify who I am as a person and what I value. He was able to help me unlock skills and confidence that I was unable to recognize in myself and in turn impacted my future trajectory. Paul’s wisdom and experience is unmatched and the gratitude I have for him and our journey is eternal.

With Paul's help this year, my first in administration, I have not only survived, I have learned and grown and achieved. He has helped me to navigate the pain and passion of educational leadership. Using a combination of deep listening and compassionate questions, Paul has helped me identify and stay true to my core values, while validating my strengths and areas of growth as a leader. My confidence increases with every session we have and I eagerly look forward to the next. What I appreciate the most is the deep well of knowledge, experience, and insight into schools and humans in general that he gently shares along the journey.

Paul conducted a Staff Training in January of 2023 for us. Paul was a FANTASTIC facilitator! He took the time to listen to the needs of our team and provided highly engaging and purposeful activities to build stronger connections and collaboration amongst all of us. Paul's dynamic and authentic personality allowed for our staff to feel safe and willing to grow. They are already looking forward to our next PD with Paul.
